Excellent support and assistance in selling an old character property in the west of Wales. Daniel Rees was helpful at all stages, both with linking us up with appropriate potential buyers, and in helping to facilitate viewings etc. I believe that the fact that a property is being sold through Savills gives buyers a measure of confidence and assurance that is unequalled by the competition. To illustrate this point, I was advised by other 'premium' agents that a property like mine had a very narrow market, and would likely take about two years to sell. Savills were more upbeat; suggested a higher valuation and achieved a good sale in just over six months. A great outcome, and I was very glad to have engaged the services of Savills to assist with the house sale.
