Peter Alan - Cardiff City Centre

Recently required an Apartment in Cardiff.
Set my requirements in the intial call and they were able to narrow down a few properties to view.
Viewings were smooth and Rhianydd, seemed to have good knowledge of the local amenities.
Application was straight forward. All electronic. Had to “gee up” my own HR team to confirm I was in fact working for them. Move in day was fuss fee as I’d already sent the funds rather than have any issues “on the day”. Rachael, ran through the pack efficiently enough.
Property was clean/tidy. Couple of minor maintenance issues picked up on the first weekend but, all in hand as you would expect.

Even not worth one star, the stuff are very mean and lazy. They are not responding to the tenants emails, not doing their part at all. They are fooling the international students. That’s not only my experience with them, I have so many friends who faced so many issues with them. I believe this branch won’t last. As the stuff keeps making the tenants life as hell.

It is horrible agent, not keeping the tenants’ dignity, treating me so badly, they are just good with words but they are not good at actions. They promised me to fix the problems in the apartment but they haven’t till now. Literally the furnitures in my apartment are in the worst condition. Not to mention the rent is very high and the services are nightmares. If someone could help me to report this agent to a legal institution, that would be highly appreciated as I am fed up with this agent.

One of the worst offices in the UK. When I was received my apartment it was very dirty. But when I wanted to hand it in I was forced to bring a professional company for cleaning, even though, they forced me to bear more cost of cleaning even after I brought the professional company. They are making excuses not to release the deposit and not taking my emails seriously.

Peter Alan have been very helpful and supportive with finding a new place to rent, and I found their communication to be easy to understand . Dylan Harris was on top of the job at all times. He continually kept us up to date and we would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Thanks Dylan!!defintely recommend their services.

I cant even rent an apartment, when I call they barely answer, if they do answer they give me incorrect responses, and they never EVER reply to emails.

Edit : they called to let me know there is an apartment and we rushed to finished all the paperwork only downside is that we got the contract less than 12 hours before the tenancy started and it had some mistakes. After getting it fixed we signed. Waiting to pickup the keys. So far so good.

Very polite young man called Emrys helped me and my partner find a new flat. Was very kind and accomadating to our needs, and we never felt pressured into putting an offer in like we have with other estate agents. Very professional company and would happily find a house through them again.

We have recently rented an apartment through Peter Alan, Churchill Way. They assisted us greatly in finding the perfect home! The process was smooth and fast and their responses are fast and immediate.
