Great service at Peter Alan Penarth. Was previously using another local agent to sell our property, but engaged with Peter Alan when viewings were not going as hoped. Everyone in the branch have been excellent and we dealt mainly with Paul who was very interested, proactive and helpful and has helped us sell our property within a few days (although this is still in progress). As we entered the office someone who seemed the head of the office whispered in the ears of the person who was helping us, which we felt was unprofessional and rude. When they visited our property they didn't want to enter the house because there were more than 2 people inside a rule we weren't told about. We were asked to let our guests out of the house while she was visiting, which is unacceptable. We felt treated rudely from beginning to end and not welcome.

Thankyou to Cerys for showing me around a few properties, a lovely person and was great to meet you. Also to the rest of the team at Peter Alan who are very kind and helpful.

Belinda and James in Penarth were both Excellent they saw us through the sale process, the ups , downs, trials and tribulations, any queries were dealt with immediately and more importantly they kept in touch all the way through, for which we are very grateful.

Also Clair Barry the link between Peter Alan, our Solicitor and the Purchasers Solicitor is worth every penny the Lady is paid and more. Immediate replies to questions and kept us up to date every step of the way.

We have recently have been dealing with Belinda at the Penarth branch. Firstly I will say what a lovely lady. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, very much has the time and patience to deal with lots of questions from people that don't know what they are doing! She puts you at ease, explaining everything and not bombarding you with terminology.
