The service was brilliant from start to finish, any updates were fed back to us straight away which took a load off my mind - was fab to have one less thing to worry about and we were confident we were in safe hands from the offset! We had a really difficult move. Sitting right in the middle of a long chain Steph and Meriel were fantastic at keeping things moving where other estate agents and solicitors were failing to grasp the urgency of the situation.

They were always positive and ensured that communication lines were kept open with both the relevant agents and solicitors. Wanted to show our massive appreciation to MGY Birchgrove who helped us buy our first house. We started looking during the COVID 19 pandemic, so got caught up in the craziness of the housing market. After getting all our information, mortgage and details together, we emailed Steph and told her that we were finally ready to get going and wanted to make a real effort in finding a property. We have just purchased what we hope is our forever home from MGY. We had nothing but a pleasant experience buying through MGY and do regret not selling with them too (but we live and we learn of course). Steph, Meriel and Nicky were always on the ball and they would respond very quickly to any queries. They really helped us in getting our offer accepted which we were very appreciative of. We were then allowed to go and re visit the property once our offer had been accepted which was exciting, and Steph again was lovely throughout both viewings. The buying process was extremely stressful but at all times felt MGY were competent and trustworthy. To top it all off we had 4 lovely MGY cupcakes when I picked up the keys which I thought was a nice touch and unexpected. 5*

Especially when we were viewing properties we noticed a marked difference between MGY and others where we found some estate agents hard to contact, or they would repeatedly ring to try and show us other houses even after we'd asked them to stop.
