Lisa's enthusiasm and "can do" attitude helped to overcome some potential difficulties and I cannot praise her enough for her patience and understanding. Altogether a very good experience.

My house sold quickly and then sold quickly again when the first buyer pulled out. We have been renting through Grow (formally Nicola Jane) for over 3 years and have recently ended our tenancy to get on the property ladder.
During the whole time we rented we never experienced any issues and staff were always helpful if we needed anything - including arranging any repairs quickly.
There wasn't excessive communication during the tenancy either just the yearly inspection.
Check out was smoothe and easy and deposit was back in days.
