If I could give 0 stars I would. Has the most awful experience with the estate agent, the worst 4 months of living in a disgusting mouldy flat (photos attached) all my emails and phone calls where either ignored or brushed off and NOTHING was done, didn't even get an apology for the damage their property made to my belongings and health. Would urge anyone thinking of renting with JefferyRoss to rethink unless they are willing to live in a disgusting situation as seen in the pictures which don't even show how bad it got before I was forced to move out and even that was a battle with the company who still wanted money from me.

Nothing was too much trouble for the team at Jeffrey Ross, with special mentions to Ramzy, Amanda, and Maddy. Amazingly they made the process of buying and selling a house feel easy, fun and exciting , moreover, their useful advice made us feel confident and comfortable at every stage. We could not have asked for anything more and couldn’t have done it without you. A friendly, patient, and professional service from start to finish…one we would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy, rent, or sell in Cardiff.

It’s worth it if you’re on the fence…

Ramzy:
Can’t recommend Ramzy and the team at the Roath branch highly enough. We had been recommended Ramzy whilst looking to put our property on the market. It was our first ever home and we were quite apprehensive at the prospect of doing so.
Ramzy’s genuine and calm demeanour put us as ease immediately and we knew from that initial visit that he was the person to sell our home. We felt completely at ease with Ramzy and we appreciated that he really took the time to listen before offering his expert opinion which was always in keeping with our expectations.

Ramzy picked up on many of the finer details within our home that usually go unnoticed. His experience was obvious and honestly, hearing him describe how great the house was in such genuine and laidback way made me want to put in an offer myself!
On a serious note, we felt that he appreciated all of the love and attention we’d paid our first ever home and was as invested as we were in getting the price we felt it was worth.
From that moment on, everything was taken care of by Ramzy and the team.

Marketing was epic!
Within that first week, Ramzy used his social platform to showcase the house which we feel was a big contributing factor on the demand to view the property. The professional photos were also taken that week. Communication was always swift and efficient and we knew the property was in the best hands.

Record Price!
We had discussed the price we’d hoped the house would be worth expecting to be talked down, however; that was not the case. The house was listed at that agreed price and sold for substantially more after just 1 open house.
A record price for that area, what an amazing result for us and a credit to Ramzy and the team for doing so 👏

Even on the day of completion, we had confirmation and congratulations from Ramzy despite the fact that it was his day off.

Thank you again guys, you’ve all been amazing and you’ve made what we anticipated would be a very stressful move, quite the opposite. We look forward to using your services again!

The team is so supportive and cooperative, friendly, and honest. I have dealt with them for five months. they were in tough with me step by step offering support whenever i was struggle. I wish all of them the success and really recommend to deal with this branch particularly.

We invited JR and another leading estate agent on Albany road to value our home. After speaking to Ramzy from JR and the other gentleman from the other agency. We decided to go with JR because I liked Ramzy style of selling, I’m not a fan of pushy estate agents. We sold our house with JR in February 2022. It took 9 days from going on the market to selling. The team in the wellfield road branch were lovely. Kept me in the loop with all the offers that came in. Once we’d sold they contacted me via email for updates and kept me in the informed without being pushy. On exchange day they were super understanding when we handed the keys to them late because someone hit our moving van. All in all they made a very stressful experience less so. Totally worth the money and I’d never consider another estate agent.
