A massive thanks to Melanie Davidson from Peter Alan, Llanishen. After an extremely long haul sale of my late Mothers flat, with numerous obstacles, awful solicitors and generally a horrid experience......Mel made it all slightly bearable by keeping in touch, keeping me up to date and sorting as much as she possible could. Great communication, very friendly and always responded to messages. Thank you ( we got there in the end ! )

I initially had contact with the sales team in the Llanishen office who were polite and helpful. Once we had secured a property I came into contact with Melanie Davidson regarding progressing our purchase. I found Melanie very helpful but also knowledgeable and professional. She was able to find out information about the chain and kept me up to date. I also found her very personable and reassuring.

Peter Alan have been managing my properties for the last few months, what a great experience it’s been from the whole team, absolutely no comparison to my previous agents.

Matthew Mazey has been incredible. He’s taken all of the stress out of applying for a mortgage and knows the ins and outs of the lenders - even when there are hurdles to get over. She will know where to signpost us to and/or help us resolve it in the shortest time possible. She has also helped us chase her colleagues when we've received no response from them.
