Absolute legend of an estate agent, out of all the estate agents i came across when buying a house, simon was the only one that wasn't pushy for an offer at the end of the first viewing, aswell he was very helpful and clearly cares for his clients on both sides.
im sure if i was buying through any other estate agent the house wouldn't of gone through as getting info through my solicitor was like getiing blood from a stone, but simon was very helpful in communication with the seller to find out what's happening.
