Wonderful!

Lisa got (and kept) things moving with our purchase and liaised between ourselves and the seller and the solicitors.

Having driven for 4 hours (with 4 cats) and waiting outside the new property in an area we did not know well, Lisa arranged for the keys to be dropped to the new house, rather than make us travel to an unfamiliar town to find her office, for which we are eternally grateful.

Without Lisa’s intervention, we would not be spending Christmas in Pembrokeshire.

I have to say I am very impressed with the standard of service from FBM, especially Lisa who was overlooking the sale of our property. She kept us informed every step of the way and was an invaluable point of contact throughout the process. Her professionalism and efficiency was excellent and I would not hesitate to instruct them again when selling a property.

This is a review about Lisa Bradley, FBM's sales progression manager. I have dealt with Lisa over 2 sales now, neither of which has been straigtforward, and I am extremely grateful for her energy, commitment, positivity and unfailing good humour. She is dedicated to her task and to her clients, she always kept me informed about progress - or lack of it - and was a key player in steering both cases through to completion. FBM is very lucky to have her. On a more general note, i feel that FBM should exercise more care in recommending solicitors to their clients. All of the problems arising with my second sale were entirely due to shortcomings with the firm dealing with the conveyancing process. FBM's reputation is done no favours by this.

Emma couldn’t be more professional and kind, I would highly recommend asking for a valuation from FBM. Emma did her research knows the market well and is an extremely good time keeper! Well done!!

Kelly is a superstar! She's so friendly and so professional! She has dealt with myself and my rented home for over 3 years, even when she worked for Guardian. Then FBM took over guardian properties and I'm so happy that Kelly was able to continue with them, she is an absolute credit to FBM! Very polite and easy to talk to :)

Throughout a rather difficult sale Lisa kept us informed every step of the way and also acted as a very diplomatic go between. Despite difficult working conditions she was friendly and upbeat despite all that was thrown at her. Quite probably wouldn't have got the sale without her help.

Recently bought a property from FBM Haverfordwest. Can't praise Lisa enough ! Kept me in the loop, chased everyone in the chain and pretty much got the sale through. My agent was absolutely useless and was happy for Lisa to do all the work . Lisa genuinely cared and went above and beyond. Can't thank her enough, professional and dedicated.

I’ve worked with FBM on and off over the years and have always been pleased and impressed with their ethics and motivation… Anwen took point and was extremely good with her communications and her drive to succeed is second to none. She followed up with perspective buyers when she said she would and always fed back to me promptly.
I will continue to use FBM in the future.
