Make sure you avoid this landlord at all costs, he’s basically a spoilt child in an adults body and when things don’t go his way he throws his toys out of the pram! He evicted my family including 4 year old child just because I asked him why I had to pay for a new contract every 6 months when it wasn’t costing him anything to make them up.
We left his property and tried to post his key to him but there’s no one at his so called office, he won’t give me an address to post the key too which is illegal, also never provided me with any gas or electricity safety certificates, was no carbon monoxide alarms in the property when we took it and the flat was a complete mess, even though he claims now it was in tip top condition, it’s actually laughable as I have all the photos of the property before we took it, and all the ones of how we left it. If it was in tip top condition why would he not charge me a bond, his exact words to me when I moved we’re ‘do what you want, don’t bother me and I won’t bother you’ just to add we took amazing care of his flat and we’re never ever late on rent or anything else. Just find someone else to rent off and if your in one of his properties get out now while you can.

Avoid this landlord, not willing to give emergency contact information in the event something goes wrong with the property. left us without hot water and heating for 5 days. Their phone manner is awful, i phoned them with a query and did not answer my question and said "I do not have time"

The above address 22 Windsor Rd, Neath SA11 1LU, UK is not their actual business address, this is a void office space with nobody working there.

Worst People Ever. Leaving there properties to Rot! That's why there are no bonds! They don't carry out repairs! These properties are unsafe!

Well it's time to leave a review after being their tenant for over 14 years I was initially warned by one of his ex-employees of this landlord but I didn't listen. Having spoke to others and the reviews here back up his properties are unfit for purpose and as soon as any major work needs doing is reported like damp he serves an eviction notice and claims to be selling the property. I was offered to buy the house we were living in but after a level 2 survey showed there was a lot of work needed doing to cure dampness and structural issues and was valued only between £73-£80k but he wanted £120k for it, needless to say he evicted us. The sad thing is the people we know he evicted after getting environmental health involved made us very uneasy reporting damp issues to him and we paid external companies to do the work whenever affordable for us to do so. He replaced the backdoor which was never been able to be locked, rats in the cavity of the walls burrowed up from the decaying waste pipe, left us nearly two weeks without a working boiler, when the pvc heating pipe blew between the floor boards and made the ceiling collapse he told the contractors not to be fussy and just finish the job quickly which left a very messy Kitchen ceiling and sagging plasterboard on the walls, internal dampness caused by ( what was once an internal wall now external after they took down part of the extension) walls exposed to weathering, water running through the cavity which actually left electrical sockets damp and caused my partner to get an electric shock. Personally they have the cheapest rental property but that comes at a cost else where and when you report issues it sometimes doesn't get done straight away or if he doesn't like it then evicts you.

I rent from this landlord and think I should leave my review as it seems alot of people seem unhappy and the ones who have had a good experience should come forward. I was moved in fast. Everytime I have to contact the agents they respond. When I was without heating the landlord personally brought me heaters to keep my kids warm while my boiler was being repaired. Minor repairs sometimes take abit longer but we are in a pandemic and it's not having a. Long term effect on my health or way of living so I trust he will have the jobs done when someone is available. The rent is low for the size of the house I'm renting. Yes needs work but at low rent costs it's no harm doing a few bits to jazz the place up abit. How can you complain when your allowed to decorate a place to Ur liking many landlords don't allow this.
