We have recently sold a house through Oakfield Estate Agents in Buckley. I had contact with Clair, Paul and Jo and they all went the extra mile to get the sale over the line. Clair was fantastic in keeping me up to date with the solicitors' correspondence. Highly recommended. Thank you Clair.

We have enquired in writing and over the phone twice regarding a property that the agency is advertising ( Orchard close, Buckley) . We got no response to our e-mail and afterwards on the second phone call agent was just repeating "I cannot hear you well" , after stating that the owner of the property was preferring one individual instead family however there was absolutely no mention of such in the ad. This is wasted time for both parts. She did thou ask questions about family situation while she was very able to hear my response.
I hope the owner will learn about how his property is advertised, we as potential tenants were very disappointed. As well agent was stating that the property is small and when I have advised our current one is even smaller than the one we were enquiring, she refuted the idea.

Oakfield were amazing in supporting me through a recent home sale and purchase. Paul is very knowledgeable and his down to earth, straight forward approach was refreshing, giving me every confidence that I had made the right choice of agent.

Once sales and purchase were agreed, Jo and Clair were fantastic at staying in touch and keeping me informed. All transactions bring an element of the unexpected but I always felt in safe hands and that the staff were working as a team to keep things moving positively.
