We are more than satisfied with the service we have had from Samantha Troy who runs this Estate Agency; she very much provides the personal touch with no compromise of professionalism. Available and approachable seven days a week this made all the difference when making those crucial decisions involved in choosing and moving house. Samantha certainly goes the extra mile literally and metaphorically. We sold our house very quickly with Adre Properties having chosen a property to buy from their list - this worked very well and enabled us to move much more quickly than we expected. The fees are very reasonable even in today's competitive market.

I cant recommend Adre Properties enough! The service we recieved was first class. Samantha took amaxzing photos and really highlighted the best features of the house. The write up was through and detailed and resulted in 9 viewings within days. We were always kept up to date on feedback from prospective buyers and there was no time that I was not able to get in touch with Samantha. This all resulted in our house being sold within the first week. Please use Adre Properties they provide you with the personal touch and are highly competitive in commision compared to other Estate Agents.

Myself and partner were massively impressed with this company and staff. Many agents did not reply or answer our questions but Adre were prompt and extremely informative and helpful.

Great letting agency, the best I have ever dealt with. Samantha was brilliant, professional and helpful from day 1 all the way until the end of my tenancy. Once I managed to lock myself out and she was there within 30 minutes just to let me in. First class service! Thank you very much for everything! Adre properties is the best property and letting agency you'd ever meet. Firstly, they keep to their words and delivery is top notch. Had home issues with another agency and they got me a better one 7days. Crazy, right? Samantha us also very hardworking, she will respond to your needs as soon as she can (even after working hours as far as 10pm) thank you guys

Never have I been more impressed by an estate agent. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication was simply excellent! I have not seen/heard of another estate agency open 7 days per week! In the beginning of the process, to ring up and view a property on a Sunday was outstanding! Not once throughout the entire process, was I not able to get hold of Samantha. I am/was a particularly nervous customer (how stressful is buying and selling?!) but each and every time I had a wobble, my mind was completely put at ease. We cannot thank you enough, we truly believe the only reason we have the house of our dreams is due to the effort, dedication and commitment that Sam and her team have shown.
