Having recently contacted Peter Alan in Chepstow and having proceed with their services to market the sale of my flat, could not be happier with the whole experience.

From the initial contact and throughout the whole process I felt like my views and needs were completely taken on board and always felt I was being addressed in the upmost professional and polite way, absolutely spotless.

Would particularly like to leave a huge word of praise for Mr. James Matthews who stands head and shoulders above the water in relation to the local competition, being a true gentleman and a pleasure to do business with.

We have recently been engaged in the purchase of a property in Penhow near Newport. Katie Hall of the Chepstow office of Peter Alan has been helping us; she has been highly professional, extremely helpful and utterly reliable. Her friendly approach has helped greatly with resolving any difficulties and removing our anxieties. As well as being an excellent sales negotiator Katie has stepped in as sales progressor and has done a brilliant job. Well done and thank you so much Katie - you are an absolute credit to Peter Alan!

Great experience with this estate agent. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with a different local estate agent, however the team here sold my house within two days. The sales progression service was brilliant, and they kept me updated the whole way through to completion. Katie and Heidi were first class. Would definitely recommend.

Peter Alan were incredibly supportive in my purchase. Heidi was my point of contact and regularly kept me up to date with how my purchase was progressing. As my exchange date loomed, especially in the current climate, hitting key dates was essential and Heidi's efforts in keeping the chain moving her side through open and informative communication was essential. It also put my mind at ease in what is an inherently stressful process. So if you do get Heidi helping with your purchase or sale you'll be in a safe pair of hands.

After a very un satisfactory experience with a local estate agent. PA were recommended to us through a family friend. James and the team were outstanding. Positive, pro active and professional. After being on the market for 8 months with a different estate agency with no viewings James and the team had arranged 3 viewings in the first week and two offers. Once we accepted an offer they liaised with us on a weekly basis. There progression team constantly chasing solicitors and other agents for updates right up until the sale had been completed. I wouldn't hesitate to use James and his team in the future and highly recommend them .

We dealt with a lovely lady called Sarah. She was super accommodating and a very warm personality. Unfortunately the house we went for wasn’t sold by PA, but that’s not a measure against them. Sarah was super helpful and able to accommodate us around our work schedules.
She was really good at highlighting the positives of a property but she also listened to us about what we didn’t like.
Generally the whole PA team has been super helpful and it was just luck of draw which estate agent had the house we liked.
