We used Chandler Rogers to both buy a property from and then to sell our own. We found all the staff very professional and knowledgeable, we were also given regular telephone and email progress reports throughout both transactions, any calls/queries we made were dealt with very quickly and we had answers to them within a very short time scale.
We would highly recommend them.

We chose Chandler Rogers to sell my mums property in Penally. The whole team were very helpful and professional.They were always available to assist with our many questions and requests. It was great to have documents printed off for us by the office as my elderly mum does not have a.printer.This saved us time and a lot of stress.Well done to Sarah, ,Gwen , and particularly Sue who really got things moving on occasions and kept all of the people in the chain below us happy and on board . Out of 3 viewings booked with this agency, one was cancelled.
We waited out in the cold 15 min for the second one,only to find out they forgot to cancel it,apologies! But the 3rd one was still OK to do.An hour later,noone showed again!
The property was a 2 bedroom, 225k on upper frog Street and we found out it was sold,but noone let us know!
We got sent a feedback form for a one bedroom,199k ???Also unable to send the negative feedback.
With all the other agencies, we had confirmation emails and phone calls,however these people never contacted us.
Absolutely appalling! Irresponsible and shameless.
