Let-Rite

Dear Phil,
I have not given the name of the tenant due to fear of reprisals, quite frankly I don't trust you. I am not prone to complaining or reviewing (First timer) and I stand by all I've said below. Once the tenancy is completed I will be more than happy to share details and examples on this review site.

As a parent of 4 children who have been through university I have had good exposure to letting agencies and other services in general.

Let-Rite are quite honestly the most despicable agency my family has ever had to deal with.

They have a total disrespect for their customers (The Students). Nothing has been good when dealing with this agency.

Their response to the previous review on this site sums up there loathsome attitude towards the students.

Use them as a last resort, stand up and don't put up with this treatment.

Agree with some of the other bad reviews. Had the displeasure of dealing with Janine and her unprofessional behaviour. Lied about me not returning house keys and leaving the bedroom untidy..although I anticipated she would lie about this (pathetic!) and I took several pictures showing the room be completely spotless! I did this because throughout my tenancy I could tell she could NOT be trusted with my bond/deposit.

Threatened her with a small claims court and she soon started responding to my emails though after weeks of silence.

Word to the wise and to all future students AVOID this agency I implore you. They are unprofessional and from what I've seen and heard from other people, they seem to like to try to rip off students. As is the attitude of a lot of bad landlord and letting agencys.

Let-Rite is a really good company which provides timely help and good service. It is lucky for me to be a tenant for them. In special, Phil is very friendly and helpful. They made my Swansea time became a precious memory！😬

Spent a lovely year in their property. super convenience spot, close to every essentials, especially swansea's gorgeous market! Living safe here as well. Phil's reply always rapid if you need any help,they also have a building management team in case. you'll absolutely enjoy staying here if you could respect your responsibility as a tenant.

Phil from Let-Rite was extremely understanding and helped me and my roommate out with our accommodation needs. Was always in touch with any queries we had. Smoothest letting experience I’ve ever had! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to let around Swansea!

I was very happy with the room and service that Let-Rite provided. The landlord was extremely helpful, friendly and quick to respond if I had any issues. The room was clean and good value. Fair and reliable company to rent with.

I have had a wonderful experience with let rite. Agent Phil is a great gentleman. He looked after me (an international student) so well. He is friendly, reliable, and responds to calls/messages promptly.

I'm Jack, a 5 year customer of Let-Rite. I'm an international student as well. I would say Phil, the owner of this agency, did help me a lot during those 5 years. Helped me solve many daily problems. He is trustworthy, responsible and effective. Now, I'm going to leave Swansea recently. So, thank you verrrrrry much Phil for looking after me these years.
