Avoid at all costs!

Terrible condition of the property upon moving in such as mould behind furniture and a damp basement.

Communication is awful and will only incrementally reply on WhatsApp with rarely any results. Cracked window was promised to be fixed 6 weeks into tenancy and was still unchanged a year later, as well as an undisclosed rodent problem in the kitchen.

An embarrassment of a letting agency.

Avoid avoid avoid !
The had mold, mushrooms growing , shower leaks, broken toilet, rain coming Into bedrooom, rats in roof of kitchen.
All for £1700 pm
Soho did nothing. Just not responding on WhatsApp messages and the landlord gave me a bottle of mold spray and poison tablets.
A second hand toilet was fitted.
I had to move out due to my asthma getting bad and its been 13 weeks and not had my deposit returned

I have informed environmental health and put complaints into the relative authorities.

Soho are a disgrace .. shouldn't be In business.

Avoid !!!!
