Terrible experience with the company. They have failed to keep many promises such as when the accommodation will be finished and when we would be refunded. Overall a stressful experience and would not recommend to anyone to select housing from here but instead to actively avoid it. Attached is a picture of the "kitchen" taken in July with our move in date in September. The picture should highlight the incompetence of the company and the empty promises they make. We didn't expect to get balarammed so hard.

Great agency. We gave Swan Letting 4 of our properties under let only instruction. They let all 4 properties within 2 weeks and myself and new tenants were so pleased with the efficiency and manner that we have decided to go managed and give them more of our portfolio. Thanks again Swan Letting.

Myself and my Uni friends recently rented a property from Swan Lettings and we are incredibly happy! From the moment we viewed the property to the application process and collecting the keys, everything was organised swiftly. I cannot thank Jon enough for all his help. He is fantastic at what he does and is a wonderful asset to Swan Lettings!

Poor poor customer service! Dirty stained bedsheets upon arrival, which their best response to was to come and change them the following day. This is 1 example of the poor solutions (if they gave any at all) to the many issues we raised - this was only a 3 day holiday letting.

Been chasing up for nearly three months about my items that went missing as I had moved them in for the period of my summer retainer. Messages ignored and no one responds to the emails. Disappointing and frustrating all at once. No one to offer help.

Under NO circumstances work with these people. They are incompetent, inconsiderate and corrupt. They refuse to give deposits back, violate and ignore the clauses in their contracts. Make students pay out for unspecified “fees” at short notice and provide little to no support regarding anything at all.

They've got a great selection of student homes but more importantly go over and above to give student's a great experience. Extremely responsive and genuinely lovely people. My flatmates and I love the place and their affordable pricing ranges. Faz has helped us move into a smooth transition, helping us for every minor thing and she is extremely sweet and professional. They really care.

We chose this company to find a student house, Faz the young lady who showed us around and guided us through the entire process was brilliant. She made everything very easy for us and was always there to answer any questions or queries we had. I personally and my entire flat would just like to say a special thank you to her and all her hard work.
