I have since mentioned Propert Plus to several people and in each case the immediate response has been "oh not *****" (her name witheld) followed by accounts of her rudeness and terrible attitude.
I assume she is just a bad apple because all the reviews I have read are 5 star and very positive. It is a pity that my opinion has been formed by this rogue employee. I should have complained about her. I am certain my experience wasn't an isolated incident and she will be reported by others.
