From start to finish the team at Frank Innes Loughborough were excellent. They were brilliant looking after us with the marketing our house and Charlotte in particular was fantastic when doing our viewings. She totally took the stress away from us and put us at ease. Both Charlotte and Dan kept us in the loop for the entire process resulting in the end in us buying a perfect family home. I would highly recommend them for buying/selling your home, your in good hands.

Team was professional from start to the end. We have rented the property via the agency. Martin made it positive experience on viewing and advised on next steps clearly. Further contact with Sandra was also easy and understandable, she provided further help within unclear areas.

Frank Innes were very quick to find me a good, long term tenant and would recommend there services to anyone! the only reason I haven't put 5 stars is because I feel that the communication could be abit better in regards to calling me and letting me know the tenant has put the bills in their name etc... this is just a minor picky comment though and it has been a wonder using them.

Woman I spoke to didn't care at all about the bizarre situation we find ourselves in. Basically we are buying a house but have been told we need to wait six months before it becomes available. Our notice is up in two weeks in the house we are currently renting, they have sold the house, and so we have to leave. I have been searching for a property that allows pets in Loughborough for weeks and there is just never anything. I rang around various agents today and the woman I spoke to at Frank Innes was by far the most rude and cared the least too. For this reason I would recommend people avoid this agency.

She even told me that she owned a dog herself, I wanted to ask her what she would do with her dog if she found herself in my position, unfortunately she hung up on me before I could ask. I wonder what her response would have been. Would she give up her dog? I doubt it.

I have had my cat for the last 15 years, there is no way I am giving him up! However I also have two toddlers to worry about, what am I supposed to do? Who knows? Who even cares?

I'd like to thank Frank Innes team, in particular Sandra, for helping us to find the excellent flat in nice neighborhood. She managed to arrange viewing for my husband the same day when I contacted them (the flat was only available for video viewing) and answered all our questions regarding the property. I didn't even see the flat before we moved, but ended up loving the place. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a property to rent in Loughborough.

We let our apartment through Frank Innes Dales and Letting Agents. They subsequently handled the selling of the property. Throughout the sale we had direct contact with Charlotte Tedds and Daniel Ditchfield. They were both extremely diligent, efficient, helpful and friendly. They did all that they could to ensure that we were kept fully informed and guided us through the whole process. We are most grateful to them. Highly recommended

I have just moved to Loughborough and my experience with Frank Innes have been excellent. Martin was very friendly and respectful of my time and concerns. He understood that for me good communication was one of the most important aspect of relationship between letting agency and tenants. Frank and Innes have been very prompt and respectful in their communication. I also want to thank Sandra for being professional and prompt in her communication as well. They have addressed all my concerns promptly and I had no issues moving into my property. I would definitely recommend them if you are coming to Lougborough.

Let a property with them for 17 years, first with Hartleys and then latterly with Frank Innes when they took the business over. Excellent staff, always had helpful and professional service, particularly a shout out to Martin, Sandra and many other staff in the Loughborough office I have dealt with over the years. Would use again if I ever came to let a property again.
