After being let down by another agent on the high Street with a property that fell through, I went to taylors completely stressed as I knew I needed to start the process of looking again. Megan was so helpful and identified a property that would suit us straight away. Helen was very helpful getting me a solicitor, as my initial one pulled out and assisting with the forms. My experience with Stevenage Taylors was very good. Although, I did not go ahead with the purchase, Taylors managed to re-negotiate the price with landlord. However, by the time my offer got accepted, it was too late. During the process, presentation was good, maintained transparency and answered all my queries promptly.
