I recently moved to the area, one of the reasons we ended up in Waterlooville was the excellent support we received from Leaders, more specifically Eloise and Christopher. Eloise has been very kind, cheerful, helpful and professional thorughout the entire process, it was a really pleasant experience dealing with her. This was our first rental in the country, we had loads of questions and queries and she always responded promptly and with the correct, relevant information. We have looked at other places too, and turned down a house because the agent there was not very helpful. Eloise, in turn made the experience really nice for us, she could even help with advising on the schooling process.

Working with Leaders was a breath of fresh air after trying to find a location for over a month my first contact was welcoming and after one failed viewing another was recommended which turned out to be just right. The process was user friendly and seem less and they were efficient and timely with answering my enquiries. Christopher was my main agent but even if he was unavailable the staff was happy to help and well aware of the process. Highly recommend.
