We cannot recommend Elliot Heath highly enough. I am not sure where to begin in saying how grateful we are to every single person who works there.

We have bought two houses and sold first home through them would not want to have to go through an incredibly stressful process without them handling it for us.

Elliot, Ricky and George are such down to earth, genuine people who I really believe wanted the best for us. I really felt that over the time it took to sell and finally complete, they got to know us as a family and were able to guide us to buying the perfect house for us and not rushing into something just because we were desperate to move. There aren't many agents who are as honest as these guys.

They kept us up-to-date every step of the way and when there wasn't any updates they checked in to let us know we were still being thought about.

When we almost lost our dream home they worked hard to make sure we were able to secure it again which they didn't have to do at all.

Claire and Mark are always to kind and courteous on the phones and made sure we had any information we wanted.

A massive thank you for helping us through a long 2 year process. We are so happy to be in Ware and if we ever move again then you will be our first contact!

Elliot and Rikki at Elliot Heath have been excellent in helping me to sell my property. They have listened to me, followed through with their promises and managed all proceedings within my expectations. They have shared helpful perspectives on the market along the way and their advice is honest and their approach is friendly - they always kept in touch so I never had to chase them for an update. They genuinely understand that it is not just about buying and selling but about lives and homes. I recommend them and would use them again.

Rikki and Elliot are the estate agent equivalent to The Proclaimers, in so much as they don’t just go the extra mile, they go 500 miles to ensure they give you the gold star treatment and service. .

Our purchase should have been an easy affair, but through circumstances out of their control it became protracted to the point where our mortgage offer was about to expire and we ran the risk of losing the house. Rikki was there throughout the drama, listened to me as if I were the only client he had (when I know that wasn’t the case), got straight on to it chasing the right people and we are now in our dream home.

But it wasn’t just during the purchase we received excellent service. We had been looking for around 8 months for the right house. Rikki and Elliot were there throughout, always sending details of houses that met our requirements (unlike other local agents who sent through anything and everything it would seem). I have read other reviews that say it was like Rikki and Elliot knew them personally and I would wholeheartedly concur with that. Even now they remember the houses we viewed with them and the conversations we had.

In conclusion. Two great guys, who know their stuff, concentrate on giving excellent customer service, will work their socks off to get your sale or purchase over the line and have a great team to back them up. Talking of which, if they recommend Ollie Dulson from Mortgage and Money Management for your mortgage requirement then take that advice. He is the third member The Proclaimers never had!

Rikki and Elliot have sold several properties for me over the years and the most recent transaction really showed how experienced they are. The property they recently sold for me was an investment I owned for many years and had a short lease. Not only did they give me great advice on when to go to market, they managed my buyers and the lease extension right through to completion. Great community guys with lots of knowledge.

Having originally arranged a valuation on our own property we were not sure whether to put our house on the market or not. Elliot was very helpful in keeping us informed of market conditions given the market conditions at the time.

We viewed a property that they had just put on the market a few weeks later, despite us not being on the market ourselves. We loved the house and then proceeded to arrange photographs on our property almost instantly. Within the first ten days of marketing they had two offers for us.

We then secured the house we wanted after being outbid first time round and Rikki was at hand during the entire conveyancing process and took care of any questions we had for ourselves and our buyers.
