The Morris Dibben team in Bitterne were absolutely brilliant in selling our home in Woolston. Our agent, Billy, in particular was very professional, efficient and friendly throughout the process. He really listened and took the time to understand our particular situation and to develop the right selling strategy for us. We are really thankful for all his advice and hard work in making it as smooth and stress free as possible. The house sold within a week of being on the market and for well over the asking price. Within 3 and a half months, we were in our new home. The rest of the team in the Bitterne office were also fantastic, always on the end of a line and going the extra mile to be as helpful as possible. Highly recommend!

Since Lawrence stared as sales progresser, he has always remained up beat about my recent property purchase. Unfortunately I ended up using a solicitor in Essex, we had every excuse possible. Lawrence did a fantastic job and I miss his calls.

I thought I'd share a pleasant experience we had with Morris Dibben, Bitterne branch recently and in particular with the advice and service provided by Molly. We had a house viewing and Molly took us through the details and showed us the property. One might wonder it's the standard process but the reason I'm writing this review is the positive experience we had with the agency and Molly. The appointment was given at a convenient time and financial advice was arranged as well. We were given sufficient time to view and Molly explained the important details as a buyer we should be aware related to the property and the seller. Never pressured us to hurry up and finish the viewing. We felt so comfortable and we really appreciate the transparency in the information provided by the agency (not often told the correct reason for sale by others).

This is my initial impression and I'm really looking forward to secure a property with the help of Molly and Morris Dibben, Bittern team.
