My friend and I had some requirements for a flat that we wanted to rent and Gokhan was incredibly helpful in giving recommendations taking our considerations into account and arranging viewings. We sadly didn't go with the flat that he showed us but I am grateful nonetheless to him going out of his way to make the process as seamless as it was, something that I have not seen often over my previous letting experiences. Thank you!

I really wish I had the same experience with Hunters as everyone above. Mine has been dreadful: on the move-in day the apartment wasn’t cleaned and the furniture wasn’t removed, as was stated in the contract. When the wardrobes were removed - there was black mould across the whole bedroom wall. (I know this is the landlord’s responsibility, but the issue should have been solved before I moved in with all my belongings.) I had to ask 3 times for the inventory report, and after sending comments on the report, I’ve had to follow up 4 times in order to be able to sign the report, which I still haven’t 6 weeks after moving in. Also the agency/landlord owes me money for the professional clean that I was aloud to organize myself (which I’m thankful for). Also the state of the property is bad, I addressed it on the viewing but the agent told me this is normal. I’m new to London, so I believed him. After living here for a couple of months - I understand this is not the standard and shouldn’t be tolerated.

Hunters Estate Agents are top-notch. My husband and I have had the greatest experience with dealing with our relocation from Exeter to London! Irsah has been there every step of the way to assist in the navigation of leasing a flat. Her professionalism and friendliness has made this process a lot less stressful. She is an outstanding representative of this office. We have also had the privilege of meeting with Raz during our viewing and his enthusiasm is amazing. A big thank you to Jade who handled the contract, she kept everything moving forward.
Again thank you to the team and a huge thanks to Irsah you have helped more than I can express.

Hunters has always been very professional. In particular Irsah has been amazing, always going above and beyond to help wherever possible and answering any questions. A much better service than any other agency I've encountered.

Absolutely unefficient, non responsive scammers

Interesting how it took Hunters less than a day to respond to a Google review when it took them 5 days and multiple calls to pick up on single email. Beyond the fact that they took money from the various tenants that they were not allowed to, shared personal information below on a public platform, did signifcant mistakes (e.g. telling people they are due >gbp1200 when they were actually due >gbp300 etc etc I am happy that I never have to get close to this agency again. They still owe me money!

Very very very bad service - if you use the them as your letting agent you will have the worst renting nightmare. Especially the property manager Juliana Santana - she will not take any of your calls after you paid the rent. My deposit just been held for no reason, and could not find her to give any info on that.

I am a uni student who rented out a flat for 6 months. The service I have recieved was terrible, definitely not expected from a "one of the largest independent networks of sales & lettings agents in the UK".

My property manager was Juliana Santana who was just didn't help whatsoever - good luck getting an email response from her! When we moved into the property had a massive crack across the stove and tge oven didn't even have a door. We raised this issue many times before any action was taken.

When moving out, Juliana took advantage of us by lying about the move out date which was clearly communicated by email. I understand we're university students but taking advantage of us and others in general, is unethical. Whenever we tried contacting her via email, we didn't get a response and when trying to call her at the office, we were always told she was “too busy” or "not in the office".

We even raised a maintenance request 1 month into the property as the front door of the flat handle had completely come off from the inside, but again, no communication from Hunters side. We used the front door without a handle for over 5 months. After speaking to others in the building, they had said they had the issue of lack of communication from Juliana Santana.

This should not be happening when paying nearly £20k for 6 months to a company as established as "Hunters". Also, when we asked to have a meeting with Polat Ali, we were told he was "too busy" to see us.

Seems like everyone who works at Hunters is always "too busy", "away" and "not here right now"!

Definitely would not recommend to any one! We will not be using Hunters services in the future and have told family and friends to avoid Hunters at all costs.

I have been dealing with Hunters in Shoreditch for the last 14 years who look after my portfolio of properties. Up to this point, i was using another local agent who was struggling to achieve market value rents on my vacant properties. Within 2 days of instructing Hunters, not only did they rent my vacant property, they achieved 10% above what my previous agent suggested. I have not looked back since and have recommended them to many friends and family. A very proactive agent with friendly staff that go above and beyond.
