Jacob helped us buy our first house. He was always available, friendly and professional. Everything from the first viewing, the offers and the subsequent viewings in the lead up to exchange. You get the feeling nothing is ever too much. Even their recommended solicitors (Pictons) were great. People say buying a house is hard, Jacob and the Orchid team made it easy. I would 100% recommend and will use them again in the future.

Probably one of, if not the best estate agents I’ve dealt with. Jacob is an asset to the company. Always kept up to date with information. It’s nice that you don’t have to do the chasing for once. Out of the 3 agents we had in (including the agent who sold us the house) we instantly got a great feeling from Jacob. He was friendly, polite, informative and believe it or not from an estate agent gave us a sense that we could trust him! He gave us in my eyes was quite an optimistic valuation but he knew his and his team's worth and they got us exactly what they said they would! - Jacob and Will were great escorting our viewings and ALWAYS giving feedback ASAP. So now just when you are over the moon with these guys getting you a great price for your house. Jacob went even further and found us our dream home to buy! the overall transaction wasn't straight forward but Jacob and Hazel was always there to pick up the phone whenever something needed a little push! With all the help from these guys we've got the sale and purchase over the line now. Jacob and his team are the best in the business!!

After having a poor experience with another estate agent, Orchid were fantastic. Lots of attention to detail and really felt like they were putting effort into selling our house, and found us two proceedable buyers fairly quickly. I would like to say a massive Thank You to Jacob he was the estate agent we dealt with and he has been consistent the whole way through. Any updates, chasers or extra viewings we wanted to arrange he was always able to sort out help pretty much right away and always called back if he wasn't available there and then.
The Team and company overall has been great. Thank you again for such a smooth process to buying our first home. Anytime I had phoned up or emailed, Jacob was always there for us, he was amazing and really add such a personal touch to the process and made it so much easier for us as first time buyers.
