Hamptons Estate Agents Fleet

We bought a house through Hamptons in Fleet, and were impressed with the way they handled everything from our initial discussion in their office in Fleet Road to handover of the keys. We appreciated the way they treated us as buyers, and so we decided to use Hamptons to sell our house. They gave us a competitive rate, and we experienced the same great service; all communications were clear and straight forward, and everyone was engaged and interested in making things happen. I wouldn't hesitate to use Hamptons again.

We bought our house through Hamptons in Fleet 8 years ago and have just completed on the sale of it with the team there again. We have had a superb experience from help marketing through to the facilitation of contract exchange and then finally pushing the exchange over the line and worked hard at every stage. They have gone above and beyond, and something we have not seen with other agents. They are all extremely professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Thank you!

From start to finish it was a very professional and friendly approach. They were always easy to contact and if a call was missed we received a call back shortly after. We received feedback after every viewing. They were honest and did what they said they were going to do.
Generally estate agents have a bad reputation but Hamptons of Fleet most certainly do not deserve this in any way.

What a super friendly set up. It does so much more than what it says on the tin. We were buying through Hamptons and by the end of it I wanted to pay them the commission rather than the agents we were using to sell our house. - who were less than useful throughout the process. Jonathan Dredge was a superstar and whenever we were stuck on something he had some recommendations. We actually used a solicitor and one of the movers that he recommended. These guys are professional, responsive and if I am ever looking to buy/sell again we will definitely use Hamptons.

Having looked for a house for nearly 2years, we finally found a house that was on the market with Hamptons. James and Davina have provided much needed support throughout the process enabling us to complete before the end of the stamp duty cut off.
