Excellent service, can't recommend highly enough. The professional advice provided in my opinion was far superior to that of others which enabled the sale of my house and the purchase of the new property asap. The team at Berryman's were always available be that either via phone or email to assist throughout the process. Next time I need an estate agent they will be the first one I contact.

I recently bought a property through Berryman's and was quite simply blown away by the wonderful service l received from them! All contact l had with various members of the team - whether in person, over the phone or via email - was incredibly friendly, cheerful, professional and helpful. Furthermore, Matt really did go that extra mile for me and is quite simply worth his weight in gold! When things got stressful (as they always do when buying and selling property), Matt was there for me: chasing information & solicitors, giving me supportive guidance and advice and basically keeping me sane!! His passion for his job and integrity is outstanding. Thank you, Matt and the Berryman's team!! I definitely recommend them!!!

Second time I have viewed a property with Berrymans. The estate agents are ill prepared seem to have no idea about the property they are selling. Never follow up the viewing with questions they can't answer at the time , which on both occasions have been numerous. Worse than that ,they don't seem to want to sell the property and do their best to put you off...pointing out the bad points .....strange for estate agents and very surprised they stay in business....!!!
