Your Move Estate Agents Waterlooville

My partner and I recently moved using Your Move Waterlooville and couldn't recommend them enough! Libby was incredible and so helpful, she answered any questions we had and made the process so easy and seamless. I would definitely recommended them to anyone who was looking to move (especially Libby shes an absolute gem)

I found a property on Zoopla and I have applied for that property, I sent messages and I called them lots of times but I've been ignored. When I have been to the agency in Waterlooville to apply for the property they took my details and same they told me that they will call call. I was waiting and waiting for their call but nothing. I called them and at the end they decided to book me for a viewing and a few hours before the viewing they called to let me know that the property is no longer available. I lost my time and a day off from work. They knew that I need to move quite urgently. I'm very disappointed with them. The worse agency. They are not reliable.

I've always been one of those annoying customers who ask numerous daft questions and need everything explaining in the simplest of terms. Throughout the whole process Libby was brilliant, very patient and understanding. And always enormously cheerful, which made the whole process more enjoyable than it usually is.

My girlfriend and I recently used Your Move Waterlooville for our House Purchase. Louise was absolutely brilliant to deal with, and was very professional in dealing with our situation. Would definitely recommend.

Amanda and her team gave me the early heads-up that a tenant was giving notice and were swiftly into action finding another suitable tenant which they did most efficiently. Libby Williams was very good at keeping me informed as to what was happening throughout the process which gave me great confidence, particularly appreciated as I am now quite a distance from this property and I did not need to have any hands-on involvement in this change of tenant. Antonia Hunt rounded off the process with great administrative efficiency in getting the various forms to me for my records etc.

We rented a house marketed through Your Move & they were very professional. They were always available to answer any questions we had, were polite & very helpful. It was a pleasant experience.

Registered interest in renting a property back in November and was told awaiting access from tenants, tried to chase with Emma in the past couple weeks or so to be told there is no access to then find out the let has been agreed with zero contact from the to say so. As if finding a place to live in this climate wasn't stressful enough. Poor poor communication. It seems if you're not a buyer you're just not considered important enough.
