Great Estate agents, friendly and professional service, got me a great deal on my Shoreditch store, will recommend to others as Jamil gave me a lot of his time in helping me secure the perfect location and a price within our budget.

I cannot appreciate the guys at Oliver Stern Estate & Letting Agents enough as they made my first renting in London stress-free and comfortable. I stayed at their Stratford property, which was comforting and relaxing. Jay (Jamil) was always available to meet needs and common inquiries. He appears busy yet finds the time to address every concern. Moreover, Jay does not seem to have a closing time, as he responds to calls and messages much after working hours, including weekends!
Sadly, I had to leave London for a new job, but the memories of my association with Oliver Stern are those of pleasure and joy. So naturally, I have no hesitation in recommending Oliver Stern to all prospective tenants.

Living in Flint Close was a delight. The room was well organized and furnished, wifi service was reliable and Jay was always on hand to respond to queries and requests. I’d highly recommend this property to rentals. Bills were included, it’s convenient for students and professionals and I enjoyed my stay there.

The whole process of renting with this agency was extremely smooth. They are also super helpful and prompt in case of any issues etc. Overall it’s been a great experience - would definitely recommend!

Terrible experience, very slow to reply if they reply at all. Washing machine and table was broken for months on end after being reported. Room wasn’t cleaned when I moved in.
They failed to pay the council tax as promised and I am having legal action taken against me to force me to pay.

Couldn’t ask for more from a company, very professional and very attentive to their tenants needs. Amazing communication and went above and beyond to help with any issues that occurred, would highly recommend using Oliver stern estate agents for property - Jamil helped and worked with us as a family while living in one of their properties, I have recommended to all family and friends.

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional letting agent such as Oliver stern in all the years I have rented in London.
2 years post moving out I received a council tax bill for a room which was bills all included. The council suggested I speak to the letting agency. After calling oliver stern they assured me this was an issue being dealt with. 2 months later I’ve now recieved a summons to court as they failed to address the situation. I’ve emailed Oliver stern over the past 2 months numerous times and they just ignore my emails. I tried calling several times but they also ignore my calls. Any time I do speak to them they tell me they will email me back in an hour after looking into it but never do. So they are clearly just ignoring the situation in hope the previous tenants deal with it.
If you are looking for an agency that will care for you as a tenant and look after your rights I suggest you look for other reputable agencies in the area. I am not about to report them to trading standards so they are also aware they are breaking contracts.
