Ensum Brown were great! They were supportive and helpful at every stage of both our house selling and house buying process. They were always friendly, approachable, and responsive to our queries and questions. They provided and all-round excellent service. I would thoroughly recommend them!

I can’t recommend Ensum Brown enough they did a fantastic job marketing our property and securing a buyer. However, the real differentiator was their sales progression team, in particular Fiona Payne who went absolutely above and beyond to push our house sale through despite having a complex and difficult chain. Fiona was working on our house sale daily chasing up numerous solicitors and vendors (as well as myself!) diligently, politely and professionally ensuring things were moving and issues were being dealt with. In summary I’d highly recommend Ensum Brown to any house sellers particularly if you’re fortunate enough to have Fiona working on your sale!

Fantastic experience. Refreshingly honest and very helpful throughout the home-buying process. Alex was the agent who showed us around and gave us helpful information and advice which eventually led to an offer. From there, the process was handled by Fiona who was incredibly reassuring and proactive at getting things done. For context, from the time we had a mortgage offer, to the time we completed, we saw three prime ministers, and mortgage rates doubling, which added to the already existing stress of buying a home.

I have nothing but high praise for Ensum Brown who sold my house. From the very start Alex, from the Ware office was professional, friendly and open. They listened to my questions and took on board observations and were prepared with supporting data about the surrounding area and price points and the best way to advertise. The photos and 360 video were excellent and I believe helped with the sale. The level of support throughout from selling to purchase and then the rollercoaster of the chain was also excellent and extremely supportive, especially in the final weeks to get the whole process of exchange and completion over the line. Thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy.
