Their customer service response is very fast. After viewing, we got a call from them shortly and assist us to contact the landlord in 30mins. Everything drives on the right rail that we appreciated and their staff is really responsible between potential tenants and landlord. We would put more than 5 star if possible.

Currently securing a property with this agency. Tre has been the handler for myself & my partner and had been super quick & efficient. He has definitely made the process so much easier as looking for a new place is not the most fun thing to do !

it was a beautiful and seamless experience as I just moved into the UK from Nigeria. Tre was so helpful, even when I started my application with Olly, Tre followed up till the end. Olly was so nice to send me a video also. Leaders is a wonderful property agency.

Everything was fine and moving swiftly along up until the viewing when we turned up at the house and the police was there looking for the previous occupant, they took the agent to one side and had a word with her. She came back smiling and helpful, we proceeded to enter the property to the smell of damp and a picture of Al Capone on the wall (so we can only imagine what the police was wanting with the previous occupant) the whole house was not in a good condition black mould was present throughout upstairs. When we got back home I rang the shop to tell them what had happened and they replied with yes the agent has notified us which he then said we are aware that the previous occupant is a bit dodgy but is no longer in the area. I was shocked and disgusted that they knew he was into criminal activity and was willing to let us put our 5yr old son at risk in that house not knowing who else could come looking for the last occupant. The mould on its own was bad enough, I’m amazed they actually thought it’s ok for a child to be around that! As I said earlier I find it absolutely disgusting that they think it’s ok for a child to be in that house with the mould and god knows you looking for the last tenant. Needless to say we will not be using leaders they say the tenants safety is their number one priority I find that very hard to believe!

Since the beginning, Lauren and the Leaders team have been fantastic. When I told them what I needed (which was something very simple), they were very supportive. But they went above and beyond to find me a property that exceeded all my expectations.
