Belvoir managed my flat in Gloucester when it was let out and finally handled the advertisement and viewings prior to it being sold recently. I found Anthony and his team to be professional, reliable and easy to deal with. I can say no more than, given similar circumstances, I would certainly use their services again.

My dealings with Jake at Belvoir in Gloucester have always been very positive from the beginning. Jake showed me round my property and was very informative and helpful. The vetting process went really quickly and smoothly and Jake was proactive in letting me know my application was successful. He organised my moving in date and handover very professionally. Any queries I have with the office and Jake are always dealt with efficiently.

We have trusted Belvoir to look after our rental property for the last few years and the experience has been first class - professional, courteous, extremely helpful and they genuinely care about their client's property / tenants needs. Georgia is always on hand to sort a problem or answer a query and her expertise has been greatly appreciated. When it came time to sell the property, we looked no further than using Belvoir and they did not disappoint. The communication has been excellent, we were kept informed at every stage of the process and Anthony went above and beyond to ensure we agreed a good sale price. From the pictures, to the viewings through to the final completion date we have been extremely happy with their service. Georgia has been very professional in all her dealings with us. She has fully supported us in the process of letting a property for the first time and has provided good liaison between ourselves and the tenants. She has always answered emails and questions in a most timely manner and has been punctual in any property meetings.
