I contacted Nick for purchase of our new property. He had helped us with our previous purchase 7 years ago and we were so impressed with his honesty and professional integrity. We first approached Chewton Rose about a Grade II listed property near Colchester where we dealt with Marcus. Having secured our dream property, we then asked them to sell our own property, and Marcus also dealt with the sale.
