Adrians were the selling agent for the property we purchased and we used them to sell our property.
From our very first contact with them through to completion on both the sale and purchase they were helpful, diligent and thoroughly professional. On the odd occasion when our primary contact was unavailable other staff members were fully up to speed with our case and equally as helpful. Their advice on associated professional services proved to be just right.
I would thoroughly recommend Adrians and would certainly use them again.

Adrians managed the sale of the property we bought and I have to say they were an amazing team. Gary and Katherine with whom we worked were absolute stars throughout the process. Following up and speeding things up as best they could along the way. I would definitely recommend them!

We have just bought a house through Adrian’s- the first viewing was great, Daniel was very experienced and had lots of information about the house and area (we already lived in the area- so knew what he was saying was correct about the type of house and area).

Once our offer was accepted- everything seemed to be too much, after two weeks our solicitors contacted us to say that they had not received the sellers paper work. So I contacted the office, I was told (in a unprofessional manner) that it hasn’t been 2 weeks since they sent the paper work, so we would have to wait until the following week then they would check. On the day the two weeks were up- my husband decided to call, this time he spoke to Ray, Ray was extremely helpful- the sellers had not actually seen the paper work yet- so if the first person had spoken to them, it would have been quicker!

We called another time, to make a second viewing- just before we were meant to exchange contracts - we were made to feel that their time was very important and it was an inconvenience to them, to let us in the house again, even though we were about to spend £100ks on this property!

During the 14 week process we found Ray the director the most helpful- calling the office always seemed hard work, if we spoke to anyone else! So my husband would just ask directly for Ray or we would email him!

Apart from the staff being abrupt - Adrian’s wasn’t as bad as some other Chelmsford estate agents we came across in the 14 months we were searching for our new home!

Would recommend Adrians as selling agents, I purchased a property through another agent and in my long search there was not any pressure from Adrians to sell, knowing eventually the right property would materialise. Thank you.
