I recently put my house up for sale. Karl was professional and responsive form the outset. Photos and EPC all organised really smoothly and the viewings managed by the team with professionalism. I had brilliant feedback on every single person that came to view the property - I knew that they had genuinely followed up with each person. Having been on the buying end on other transactions with other agents i know that this is not typical. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Savills. They sold my property in a week and I didn't go for the highest offer based on their advice which I fully trusted.

In an era where Estate Agents receive a bad reputation, Savills have been a complete breath of fresh air. The initial valuation survey of my property was completed by Karl who was professional throughout and offered some sound advice.

The supply chain they used for the EPC and production of marketing materials and drawings were equally proficient too.

Amar Ashton arranged all of the viewings and the property was sold within the first couple of days of viewings. In my experience, the next stage is where most agents fail; keeping clients up to date with progress. Ashton was proactive and continued to feedback all information in a timely manner.

Without doubt, this was the smoothest and dare I say it 'pleasurable' house selling process I have ever experienced. I would not hesitate to use Savills again in future property transactions and recommend them to everybody!

Very efficient and personalised service. Time to market, including the excellent photography and video, was extremely fast which we were impressed by as it helped to secure a sale within a day of listing. We interacted with 4 people at the office with a dedicated contact after the house was under offer which made all the difference. Savills produced excellent aerial shots of the property we purchased which was beneficial. What impressed us the most was when the incompetent agent we were selling through got things so badly wrong, it was Phoebe Lewis at the Chelmsford office that kept things on track. Time after time our own agent would give misleading information but Phoebe calmed troubled waters.

That`s the true value of a good agent. We will not hesitate to choose Savills to market our property when we move again. They are professional from start to finish , highly recommended.

We cannot recommend Savills highly enough. We have experienced other estate agents but Savills are more than just standard estate agents; they are property consultants.
