After purchasing a property that took nearly 7 months to completion, Bridgfords through difficult times and staff changes still provided a Good Service. Good communication, calls returned and always handled in a friendly manner, in particular Trish. Would definitely recommend.

Tammi and Tricia were extremely helpful and with us every step of the way to make life simpler in the sale of my auntie's property. The sale went through quicker than expected which was an added bonus and we can't thank them enough. We would certainly recommend anyone selling a property to use Bridgfords.

If I could I would give you 0 stars. My roommate and I were very displeased with Bridgfords services. They fooled us into renting an apartment that had multiple issues- beginning with the Kitchen, moving on to the heater and bathroom. Over the year, we had a leak in the apartment upstairs which spread to our ceiling yet nothing was fixed. My bathroom faucet broke, they let the water run for 48 hours- only then someone came to fix and stop it. They took 1 month to fix the repair- I was left to my own devices. I had to take a bucket shower for 1 month straight. Lastly, as we left the apartment we did a professional deep clean- yet were made to feel horrible and they kept our deposit to 'fix' certain aspects. However, they have not provided us with a receipt for said issues. HORRIBLE SERVICE- Do not fall into their trap.

Emma, Martine and Darcy have been really helpful, professional, kind and informative. I commend the lettings team for their stellar customer service and hard work. Property was let in just a couple of days on the market. Well done!

So impressed with the high level of service from both Sales and Lettings. All members of staff go above and beyond and make you feel valued. The sales team really do listen and take into account everything you are looking for from a property and make it their mission to hit the nail on the head!
