There is certainty when dealing with Reeds Rains Kenilworth that I have not experienced elsewhere.

Over 4 years I have been a tenant, a buyer and a developer and Jake Bhopal has been my agent. Sometimes acting for me, for the seller and for the landlord, I have experienced him in all guises. What I respect about Jake is his integrity, his honesty and his straight talking.

In my local area I would not consider using anyone else.

Lisa was really responsive and got our house on the market within 72 hours of contacting her. She secured us a first time buyer which made the chain really short. Without a doubt Lisa got us into our forever home and for that we are very grateful! When we initially lost out on the property, Lisa kept us informed of the progress on it. She was very proactive, contacting us when it didn't go ahead so we could put in a new offer and secure our forever home.

I had requested a preliminary valuation of my property to help me in thinking about my best way forward. Jake B, Business Manager, made a prompt appointment, was punctual, courteous and very professional. I was pleased that he answered all my questions clearly and followed up with a more detailed explanatory email.
While I was impressed with Jake's customer service, I am less pleased to be receiving more emails from Reeds Rains. I hope they will not pressurise. For example, I do not wish to be urged to "create an online account" when I have made it clear I am still considering my position.

Do not deal with anyone in the Leamington Spa branch of reed rains, they instruct their contractors to do work on their properties and then don't pay them, they will tell you every lie under the sun in order not to pay you! They are totally incompetent!

We had 2 viewings with Harvey from Reeds Rains and then made an offer on the property the next day. Harvey has responded promptly, explained things clearly to us (first time buyers so we needed a bit of help!) and was always friendly and more than happy to help. Harvey took the time to ask us exactly what we were looking for and explain how the property we were viewing fitted our brief. I would highly recommend Reeds Rains to anyone, particularly first time buyers who need a little extra guidance!
