I cannot express how pleased I am with the service Brown & Co have provided me, from their initial work to list my property right through to sale. Brown & Co consistently kept me up to date with all activities and particularly exceeded my expectations with how fast they respond to queries. Fantastic service and I would definitely recommend

Contacted to arrange a viewing on property 1, "we will contact the owner and get back to you" never did.

Viewed property 2, put an offer in, made sure it wasn't best and final offers, called twice to see what was happening, both times been told we will update you as soon as we hear anything, just over a week later property goes to sold STC, contacted them again, "oh did no one ring you to say they'd accepted an offer"

If you're thinking about buying through them, don't waste your time, if you're thinking of selling though them, don't waste your money.

Good estate agent, nice people, friendly, plus they get the job done!! ie sold :-) equals happy face

The worst experience of renting.
Moved into a house in January 2022 going through these agents, when the office was in Brigg.
The house being let by the landlord, but still using these agents.
After 1 week, we realised it had been a massive mistake, as we didn't read the epc properly when signing - our fault yes - but the house wasn't fit to live in, had so many problems with getting hot water, the tank wasn't wired correctly, leaks in the kitchen, the outhouse, horrendous storage heaters, the epc had been given a score that was 1 above which was the legal requirement. Had to go through the landlord to resolve and he is the most awkward , angry, frustrated guy you will come across - to top it off - his daughter lives next door, and she has the habit of knocking on your door at 3am , claiming theres music being played??? - I emailed Brown and Co so many times, but no response, didnt help at all, which led me into a state of depression for a while.
We then had a no fault Section 21 delivered to us - , I went into the office, to which it had been closed and moved over the bridge, without letting us know - good riddance to that cold house in Cadney.!

It was such a breath of fresh air to work with Charly Saunders for the letting of our property. She was proactive in dealing with the transaction and very prompt to deal with our queries. Very professional and a great credit to Brown and Co.

Have dealt with the Lettings department of Brown & Co for several years now. Their service is exceptional and nothing is too much trouble. Charly is capable and efficient, as well as being happy to help with all matters.
