We have just bought a house through Potter and Ford and it has been a great experience.

Richard, Nikki, and the team have been lovely to deal with - making sure everything was running smoothly, making sure every survey, valuation, etc. was accommodated as soon as possible, and remaining calm and effective even when solicitors were tying themselves up in knots!

We will definitely look to Potter and Ford if and when we return to the housing market in the future as they were by far the most capable and personable agents we dealt with.

Richard and the team at Potter & Ford have a "no nonsense" approach when it came to selling my property. The house was on the market for 5 days and sold quickly due to the commitment and hard work scheduling early viewings. I had considered another 2 agents, although what bought it for me was Richard's total transparency and honesty from our first meeting. Well done team.
