I recently bought a flat in TEDDINGTON and I can honestly say Danielle was an absolute star. From the moment she took me on visits through to completion I could not fault her attitude, manner and professionalism. I had previously looked at two other flats via the main ‘D &S’ agents in TEDDINGTON and I just felt like they were not really to be trusted. The difference with Featherstone Leigh was like chalk and cheese. Lovely attitude, efficient, very honest and basically I couldn’t fault Danielle. I would definitely recommend them for either a purchase or sale. If I need any estate agent help in future they will be the first company I contact.

Updated. From a landlord's perspective.

Marketing / lettings office are efficient and friendly for finding tenants.

The problem comes with the disconnect with the buildings management team. They are in a separate office and don't have joined up systems.

So things can get confused / lost between the two if you're talking with both of them. One doesn't have a joined up view of the other.

Recently have needed to be a bit more hands on than desired to get some building issues sorted.

Will update again in the future if things improve.

Having dealt with lots of agents in the past, Featherstone Leigh have been by far the most efficient and friendly of them all.

Having rented and used them to let out my property, nothing is too much for them and all responses are answered in a timely fashion.

Their in-house management team is also very pro-active and fast acting on any problems. I would strongly recommend Featherstone Leigh and their management department.
