As with any moving experience, there were some unexpected events, but our letting agent and letting company were amazing in the sense that they went out of their way on a weekend (Both Saturday and Sunday), to cater to our moving in day and make sure we were comfortable and settled before leaving us on our own. She made sure that we were in the house and we had access to everything. They also made sure we had direct contact number in case we needed their help.

I have recently dealt with the lettings department of the Sittingbourne branch and found the whole process that I needed to go through to be smooth and proffesional. All the staff were very helpfull, knowledgable and pleasant to deal with and I would gladly recomend their service.

Fast, effective and even got us moved over the Christmas period! Nothing was too much and they did their best in getting everything done smoothly and efficiently.

So far, Bairstow have been brilliant. I initially spoke to about 5 estate agents when I was looking to put my flat on the market & one big reason I went with Bairstow is their communication & how they would handle my situation seemed important to them.
