While there was initially some trouble in arranging viewings for properties and response times were a bit slower than expected (I blame the market mostly), Niki and Irene were very helpful in getting us a virtual viewing of the property we decided on and keeping us abreast of all the timelines throughout the process. As an international graduate student coming with a family it was important for us to have someone who could provide context into the market in Cambridge so we could be best prepared for our offer to the Landlord. It was a pleasure to work with Niki and the team at Bidwells, they're one of the more responsive agencies in the Cambridge area.

I recently rented a fully managed house from Bidwells. It was a fantastic experience with the staff there. They only did not rent a house, but also support me to understand the local regulation here, referencing requirements, etc., and made my family relocation very smooth. Bidwells have provided me with a superb service throughout! The process in finding a property, viewing this, making an application and then the process through to moving in was painless, smooth, fast and reassuring. I would highly recommend them!
