Atkinsons have been wonderful, prompt, diligent and just really nice to work with! I certainly chose the correct agents! Right from the outset, Atkinsons shone above the rest. Their first contact with me with a written valuation and company introduction was prompt, professional, courteous, very well written and presented. The sale presentation and attention to detail was meticulous. Atkinsons handled all the viewings themselves, and a sale was agreed within a few days. During the paperwork and admin phase, leading up to exchange and completion, Atkinsons were forefront in ensuring all solicitors and clients were up to date and queries were speedily dealt with to prevent any delays. I really could not have had better service, Atkinsons were exemplary.

At the beginning of the process of buying and selling my house I found Atkinson's really friendly, polite and helpful. They were not pushy in any way and understood that this was a very stressful purpose and patiently waited until I found the house I loved. Nic and Nicky were very supportive throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them if you are thinking of buying or selling a house.

Had a bit of a tricky start with the sale of our property but then came Claire. The four star rating reflects how hard Claire worked to bring our sale to a conclusion.She is patient, reliable & true to her word. Atkinson's is very lucky to have her on the payroll.

Highly recommend the team at Atkinson’s. They took the time to showcase our property at its best and minimised disruption through a very successful open house day. They kept us up to date with progress and worked well with our solicitor and others in the chain. There were plenty of unforeseen hiccups along the way and We will be forever grateful to Nikki and Claire for their understanding and persistence.

I rented a property through Atkinsons, and found the letting department very in favor of the landlord, I was treated like a second class citizen... but enough of that, because when the house went on the market and the sales team swept in, I was introduced to Nic Pounds! Super professional, very energetic, positive and enthusiastic, I was actually a bit taken aback, she was terrific to say the least. Atkinsons were amazing right from the start, really professional, honest and sincere which is not often something you would normally hear someone say about Estate Agents. But they really were- I could not recommend them enough, they were in constant contact with me, keeping me updated and went above and beyond to make things happen and move and fast as they can. They were a real delight to deal with.
