We used Green Lizard to sell our first home and Simon and Claire were just excellent in the whole process. He was incredibly supportive from the valuation all the way to completion. It took us some time to find our next home and we faced a few obstacles, but he was always there on the phone, keeping us up-to-date and getting everything moving. The best part with Simon was he was always focused on us and what we wanted out of this process. His advice was invaluable and we would recommend anyone looking for an agent to contact Green Lizard.

Simon is the best! He was recommended by a couple of local friends, and what a gem he turned out to be. Straightforward, honest and just involved enough - not words you often hear about estate agents. He sold our house for us, something other local agents just didn’t seem able to do. It was a pleasure to speak to him, he was always helpful, reassuring and he knew exactly how to get things done; when to put pressure on and when to ease off. A real skill.
