Lauren Pothecary has been really great at handling any queries arising from the day to day running of the tenancy and Alex Hodge really brilliant when renewing the agreement or finding new tenants. Both are always a real pleasure to deal with and you feel confident issues are dealt with quickly and professionally. Highly recommended and thank you both.

We had an issue with our boiler and sat without any hot water, which is a nightmare with two small children. Georgia Wicks was so great at getting someone to us really fast to sort out the issue. Really appreciate the speed and care that was taken to resolve this issue.

ruly Terrible from start to finish!

From my own personal experience the service that Adam and his team service is terrible.

Inaccurate check in and check out reports. Moving goal posts of deals made, when they realise they've made a mistake. They contradict themselves in almost every email. They need constant chasing or pretty much everything. And you have to point out errors in the adverts they have created for your property, even though they've had the property on their books for years.

On a plus they are very good at taking your money.

And with this branch, sorry seems to be the hardest word. Although they may be sorry to read this one star review!!!

I'd never use Leaders again sadly.
