Mockford and Hunt

We have recently completed a quick sale, at asking price, and purchased a new property both through Mockford and Hunt. Really excellent service, great communication, always followed through with phone calls. Tim explained everything very clearly and kept everyone in the chain up to date with developments with the WhatsApp group. Tim's passion for his job and his clients showed through from our first meeting. Knowledgeable, caring and easy to talk to. Definitely would recommend.

I honestly cannot recommend Mockford and hunt enough!! They managed too sell our flat within a few days of it going on the market! It was our first time selling and Tim was very helpful and knowledgeable with helping us. They opened a whats app group with all of us which was so helpful! We could ask questions and send info! Then we found a house and picked the worlds worse solicitors! Tim, Francis and Charlotte went above and beyond too push and get were we needed too be after so many screw ups on our solicitors side! At one point I actually thought we would loose our dream house. But all 3 of these amazing people reassured us and we managed too complete on Friday! Thank you soo much for everything you have done for us!

Tim is amazing! I had no idea when it came to selling my parents house, yet Tim reassured me and helped me every step of the way. The best bit was the WhatsApp group he set up so I was able to see each stage and was fully informed right up until completion. Estate agents have such a bad reputation ...... well Tim and his team will soon change your mind about them and prove that there are some amazing ones out there. Tim has been so helpful throughout the buying process and kept me updated along the way. He was able to sort out any issues and I'm now in my home and very happy.
