After a very frustrating few weeks looking for a property and most agents not even returning an initial call for information I have been so impressed by Your Move. From the moment you express interest in a property the customer services is excellent. You receive emails and they keep you informed when you are being called! I have recently rented a property through Your Move Bromsgrove and the service has been fantastic. My property manager Chloe has been absolutely brilliant from the first moment I made contact. She is prompt, friendly, has made time to answer all my questions (stayed back late at an open so I could make it in time from work!!) and made me feel so at ease with the process of moving into a new property. We are moving into Bromsgrove in the next few weeks. Chloe at Your Move helped us secure a very suitable rental property. From the outset the service has been very responsive, professional, and very refreshing compared to some other agents. We had a tight timescale for finding a new place in a competitive rental market before I start my new job. As we both work full time near London and were also unable to travel due to rail strikes, Chloe was very accommodating in finding alternative ways to view a property that we could make an offer on.
