I'm extremely happy with Shaz's knowledge of the market and the prompt, efficient and helpful way all of my queries were attended to throughout the entire process. Shaz's gave expert advice and allowed me to relax and have complete faith in the sale of my home. She was always available and assisted me with all aspects of the sale. To be honest there are not many real estate agents out there that I would have felt comfortable with but when it comes to her I have no reservations in recommending her to a prospective client!

They are definitely THE WORST agency you will come accross , landlords or tenants be warned, they are LIARS. The positive reviews are joke , 2 of them written by its own employees Sharon and Gemma. You will regret having anything to do with these Liars

The worst estate agent I have ever been in contact with, they are liars and are full of rubbish,
Let me move into a flat that was full of maggots and all the previous tenants belongings. When I split with my ex, they wanted to keep my ex there so left me without hot water or heating for nearly 2 weeks and at one point told me I had 24 hours to get out of the property. Absolutely disgusting attitudes. They dont adhere to current rules and guidelines. Please find yourself a different agent. Best thing I ever done was leave that flat.

I was in a difficult situation with my previous landlord who introduced me to the Home Solutions team. The manager himself offered to help me find a place, them Home Solution team helped with my move they made it very easy for me, the place they found me is very nice, affordable and I feel at home here. Since moving in I have found that they always answer the phone and respond to my emails, they are friendly and helpful, Gemma helped me with a bed as i was sleeping on a blow up mattress at my last place, Mina helped me with a fridge and they have helped me with many other things. I can't sing their praises enough when it comes to customer service as they have gone above and beyond to make sure that, as a tenant i feel comfortable.

Would like to say a massive thank you to gemma , sharon and khan for getting my mother a property she is over the moon and very happy. Got the property very quickly had 3 property from home solutions very helpful and very respectful. Make you feel very welcome.
