I would like to say thank you to this great team for supporting me and my family especially Ciprian ,letting agent,who was all the time there when i need him ,when i have a issue he was the right person at the right time.great team .thank you a lot

Very bad service provided by the agent as we viewed the property on 3rd of Oct which the agent said it is ready to move. So we told him we are ready to move on 1st of nov. So he said he cant Keep it for that long so we agreed to move in on 20th oct. Giving a notice to our current landlord about vacating the room on 19th oct. After so many days of trying to get to speak with the agent, he kept delaying the update of the flat, he calls up today the 9th of oct saying the owner doesn't wanna giv the flat.

These guys are a waste of time...….Failed to turn up to valuation. When I phoned them to chase they lied that they accidently went to the house next door and left as there was no answer to the door. This was a complete lie as I was waiting outside the property for about 35 minutes. Waste of time.....

The flat I was staying in had leaks in the ceiling, animals living in the attic space above, rotting under the bathroom floor, black mold in the bathroom and vermin. Monica tried to blame me for these issues, saying that the leaks in the ceiling were caused by condensation from the shower. Monica and Nicholas promised repairs and didn’t do any, didn't respond to my emails and were unprofessional. They relet the property to the next tenant without doing repairs and took more of my deposit than appropriate. I was also left without heating for three months and without a hob for 1 month.

Horrible is not the word for this Agency. They should be described by something more worst. So Non professional. All the time they just told us lies. With no proper repair and nothing in the house. There was no proper heating in the house for our entire contract. All faulty things in the household all sockets and switches were so bad. And the agency is blaming us for that. Guys in future please save your self from renting the property from this agency. I would not even want to give them 1 star but I have to if I don't give I can't post. I would give them a 10 big Zero's.
