Fantastic experience with this company Helen in particular is an asset to the team and I would not hesitate to deal with them again! The team worked quickly, efficiently and professionally at every step of the process! I even received a welcome pack when I collected my keys containing beer, pretzels, washing tablets, zoflora not to mention other other bits and bobs! Excellent experience!!!

We used Austin estate agents to sell a house and the service they provided was very professional and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.
I dealt with Mandy and she kept me updated as promised all through the selling process, she always phoned me when she said she would and never once failed to get back to me (and that's very rare these days from any service).
Mandy would also phone my solicitor for me and help to keep me updated which saved me a lot of bother and time.
I would not hesitate to use Austin's estate agents again and am already planning to use them in the near future.

Very bad experience I veiwed a property submitted all my document s to be told they are not progressing with my application I had a guarantor set up and deposit ready only to be let down. They are dream and soul destroyersz.

I still get nightmare from my experience with them, they are extremely rude and unprofessional it's really shocking.
I got a women on the phone because of a problem with the deposit (made us call several times every weeks but still wouldn't do /send what they said they would)trying to explain our situation and the told me to never call back again ???! This place will try to scam you if they see a possibility (we fought to have our deposit back because the landlord try to keep it lying about broken things in the apartment but thanks to my smart partner we had pictures of the place from before we move in and we were able to get our full deposit back)
Be careful of who you trust with your money!!

I would recommend Austins they were very helpful and professional in all ways of getting our house sold.
